GrumpiTerms of use
These terms govern the use of the website getgrumpi.com and the Grumpi customer area. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
1. Access to the service
Browsing the website is free. The customer area requires an account, created with a valid email address; sign-in is done through a link sent by email.
The customer is responsible for access to their mailbox and for actions carried out from their account.
2. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other users' data, to circumvent technical limits or to automate use of the service without permission.
The seller may suspend an account in the event of a breach, after informing the user except in an emergency.
3. Content
Reports are based on public reviews. Quotes are short, anonymous and reproduced in their original language. Analyses, scores and app ideas are produced with the help of an artificial intelligence model and reviewed before publication; they may contain approximations.
4. Availability
The service is in principle available at all times, without any guarantee of permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or when data sources are unavailable.
5. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time by email at support@getgrumpi.com. Purchased reports are sent to them on request before deletion.
6. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. Registered users are informed of any significant change by email.
