Terms of sale

These terms govern sales concluded on getgrumpi.com between Brice Mourlon ("the seller") and any person who buys a product or service ("the customer"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. Products and services

Catalog report: a ready-made PDF report on a given app category, available for download immediately after payment.

Custom report: a PDF report produced from the keywords or industry specified by the customer, delivered by email or in the customer area within the time stated on the offer page (48 business hours unless otherwise stated).

Credits (when the offer is available): each credit lets the customer run one analysis from the customer area. The number of apps and reviews covered by a credit is stated on the offer page.

Reports analyze public reviews published on the App Store and Google Play. They are a decision-making aid: they guarantee neither the success of an app nor any commercial result.

2. Prices

Prices are shown on the website, including all taxes, in the currency displayed at the time of the order.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

The seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

3. Order and payment

Payment is due upon ordering. It is made by bank card through the secure Stripe platform; the seller never has access to card details.

An order confirmation and an invoice are sent by email after payment.

4. Delivery

Catalog reports are delivered immediately, via a download link and in the customer area.

Custom reports are delivered within the stated time. If the analysis is not possible (for example, no usable app for the keywords provided), the customer is informed and receives a full refund, or may suggest other keywords.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and the customer's waiver of the right of withdrawal. This consent is collected when a catalog report is ordered.

For a custom report, the customer expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. In accordance with Article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the report has been delivered; before delivery, the customer may withdraw and be refunded in proportion to the part of the service already performed.

Unused credits may be withdrawn from within 14 days of purchase, by email at support@getgrumpi.com.

6. Statutory warranties

The customer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a defect (unreadable file, incomplete report), the customer may have the content brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a refund.

7. License of use

Purchasing a report grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive license for their own use or that of their company. Reselling, publicly distributing or sharing the report with third parties is prohibited.

Catalog reports may be sold to several customers. An exclusivity offer may be available on request for a quote.

8. Liability

The seller is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). The seller cannot be held liable for decisions made by the customer on the basis of the reports, nor for the temporary unavailability of data sources (App Store, Google Play).

9. Complaints

Any complaint may be sent by email at support@getgrumpi.com. A response will be provided as soon as possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
